1. The BARANGAY COUNCIL OF SABANGAN, CITY OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN through its Development Fund intends to apply an amount of One Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Eight Pesos and Only (Php199, 778.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under the contract for the UPGRADING/REHABILITATION OF CCTV AT BRGY. SABANGAN, CITY OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
