Upgrading/Concreting of farm to market Road Phase III
(Project Title)
1. The Municipality of General Nakar, through the Approved AIP Reference Code: 8000-3-2-031-1-6-1-7-2 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (Php 10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of General Nakar, now invites bids for the Upgrading/Concreting of farm to market Road Phase III. Completion of the Works is required 168 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within (168 days) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
