The Municipality of Masinloc, Province of Zambales, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/Manufacturers/distributors/Contractors to apply for Eligibility and if found Eligible, to bid for the project: UPGRADING/ASPHALTING OF NORTH POBLACION ROAD, BRGY. NORTH POBLACION, MASINLOC, ZAMBALES, with the amount of FIFTEEN MILLION PESOS (P15, 000, 000.00) Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive procedure using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184 otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
