1)The Municipality of Madrid, Surigao del Sur, through LGSF-SBDP (LOCAL GOVERNMENT SUPPORT FUND-SUPPORT TO BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (₱10, 000, 000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Upgrading of Water System in Barangay Songkit. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Municipality of Madrid, Surigao del Sur now invites bids Upgrading of Water System in Barangay Songkit. Completion of the Works is required by 193 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
