1. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod, Davao del Norte intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for UPGRADING OF SOLAR DRIER at Purok 5A, Palma Gil, Talaingod, DDN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod now invites bids for the UPGRADING OF SOLAR DRIER at Purok 5A, Palma Gil, Talaingod, Davao del Norte under MEO, 20% DF CY 2026. Completion of the Works is required by 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
