1. The City Government of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, through the Appropriation Ordinance of 2024, intends to apply the sum of five million four hundred seventy-six thousand and nine hundred eighty-five pesos (₱5, 476, 985.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the: Upgrading of School Electrical Distribution System, (BBH) Elementary School, Brgy. San Rafael III, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan (BP-24-05-0032) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Committee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of Works is required within ninety-four (94) calendar days from the supplier/ contractor-s receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) issued by the City Government.
