Upgrading of the RDPZSD with an electronic book for registering the issued diplomas for higher education and electronicization of all related processes The purpose of the public procurement is to introduce an electronic book for registering the issued higher education diplomas education and electronicization of all related processes, including generation and completion of electronic graduation protocols, verification of data accuracy in diplomas, etc. To fulfill the purpose, it should be developed centrally decision, in particular upgrading of the RDPZSD with an electronic book for registering the issued diplomas for higher education and electronicization of all related processes. The scope of implementation of this public procurement includes the following activities: Activity 1: Requirements analysis and process reengineering; Activity 2: Preparation of a system project; Activity 3: Development of the software solution; Activity 4: Testing; Activity 5: Implementation; Activity 6: Training; The current public procurement is without secured financing, and the contract will be concluded under the conditions of art. 114 of the Public Procurement Act.
