Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
UPGRADING OF THE PDEA DRUG PROFILING SYSTEM
1) The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Six Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Seventeen Pesos (Php15, 649, 417.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Upgrading of PDEA Drug Profiling System with Bid Reference No. 2026-24. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PDEA now invites bids for the Upgrading of PDEA Drug Profiling System . Delivery of the Services is required for within One (1) year upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
