Description : Invitation to Bid for UPGRADING OF PASINGAN FMR
1)The Local Government Unit of Santa Marcela, through the 20% MDF-2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Five Pesos and Ninety-two Centavos (Php 2, 997, 845.92) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for UPGRADING OF PASINGAN FMR Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Local Government of Santa Marcela now invites bids for the UPGRADING OF PASINGAN FMR .Completion of the Works is required 65 CDs. Bidders should have completed, within the last 3 to 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3)Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
