Upgrading of Oil Mill Facilities
Location: Barangay Mulom. Lapuyan Zamboanga Del Sur
1) The Municipality of Lapuyan, Zamboanga del Sur, through the 20% EDF for 2026
intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (Php 1, 000, 000.00) being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
Upgrading of Oil Mill Facilities at Brgy. Mulom Lapuyan Zamboanga Del Sur.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Lapuyan, Zamboanga del Sur now invites bids for Upgrading of
Oil Mill Facilities at Brgy. Mulom Lapuyan Zamboanga Del Sur involving Steel
Works, Roof Framing and Roofing Works. Completion of the Works is required 70
calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 70 calendar days from the
date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The
description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in
Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
