1. The Local Government of Malalag, through 20% Dev-t Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 2, 451, 250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Upgrading of Municipal Road at Adelfa St., with Road Network ID No. 1124080000001”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government of Malalag now invites bids for the Upgrading of Municipal Road at Adelfa St., with Road Network ID No. 1124080000001. Completion of the Works is required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
