The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology-Region V (BJMP-RV), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the Upgrading of Main Electrical Supply at Tabaco City District Jail with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to One Million Three Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Seventeen Pesos and Seventy Centavos (Php 1, 349, 017.70) through Small Value Procurement pursuant to Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
