Nissedal municipality invites to an open tender competition for the upgrade of Lokstallen in Treungen to an activity hall. The project includes, among other things, upgrading of internal surfaces, creation of a new activity floor, ventilation system, heating system, electrical installations and necessary building work. The building is a cultural-historical building linked to the Treungenbanen, and the work must be carried out with care for the building's cultural-historical value. The procurement is carried out as a simplified turnkey contract where the contractor is responsible for planning, dimensioning, delivery and execution of all work that is necessary for a complete and functional project in accordance with the tender criteria.
