UPGRADING OF LOCAL ROADS
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF CAMALIGAN, through the LGSF-GEF intends to apply the sum of Twenty Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Thirteen Pesos and 68/100 (Php. 24, 999, 913.68) pesos only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the UPGRADING OF LOCAL ROADS Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF CAMALIGAN now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required to be completed within Thirty Five (35) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
