Description : Invitation to Bid for Upgrading of Access Road at Sitio
Dao, Brgy. Cabanbanan, Pagsanjan, Laguna
1. The Municipal Government of Pagsanjan, Laguna, through the Budget for the contract
approved by the respective (Sanggunian-2021), (Section 5(a), R.A. 9184) intends to apply
the sum of Four Million, Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php 4, 060, 000.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Upgrading of Access
Road at Sitio Dao, Brgy. Cabanbanan, Pagsanjan, Laguna. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Pagsanjan, Laguna now invites bids for the above
Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Ninety Calendar Days
(90 c.d.). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The
description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly,
in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
