Item #2: Filter kit for working with LED fluorescent sources, suitable for CFP, YFP and mCherry fluorescent dyes. Item No. 3: Lens with magnification 40x minimum, numerical aperture NA=1.0 or higher and free working distance of at least 2.5 mm.
