Description : Invitation to Bid for Upgrading of Flooring of Multi-Purpose Compound at Barangay Camburay, SJOM
1) The Municipality of San Jose, through the Barangay Fund intends to apply the sum Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Upgrading of Flooring of Multi-Purpose Compound at Barangay Camburay, SJOM / sjom-infra-0055-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Jose now invites bids for the above procurement projects using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) award criterion. Completion of the Works is required in 15 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
