Invitation to Bid for UPGRADING OF FARM TO MARKET ROAD
1) The Local Government Unit of Gigaquit, through the FY 2026 LGSF-SBDP intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (₱ 10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for UPGRADING OF FARM TO MARKET ROAD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Gigaquit now invites bids for Concreting of 435 ln.m. x 5.00 m width x 0.23 m Thick with Concrete Line Canal. Completion of the Works is required Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
