Description : Invitation to Bid for UPGRADING OF EMILIANA FMR (PHASE 5)
1)The Local Government Unit Of Santa Marcela, through the 20%MDF-2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million, Nine Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-One Pesos and Ninety-One Centavos (Php 6, 975, 291.91) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Upgrading of Emiliana FMR (PHASE 5). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The LGU-SANTA MARCELA now invites bids for UPGRADING OF EMILIANA FMR (PHASE 5) Completion of the Works is required 103 CDs. Bidders should have completed, within 3 to 5 Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3)Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
