Invitation to Bid for DENR-IX Upgrading of Electrical System and Construction of Powerhouse
1) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Regional Office No. IX, through the RA 12314, FY-2026 General Appropriation Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (₱5, 000, 000.0000) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the DENR-IX Upgrading of Electrical System and Construction of Powerhouse. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Regional Office No. IX now invites bids for the DENR-IX Upgrading of Electrical System and Construction Powerhouse. Completion of the Works is required ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
