1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IVA, through the Modernization and Strengthening of Production and Research Facilities FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (Ᵽ 3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Upgrading of Electrical System of DA-LARES Main Building under Modernization and Strengthening of Production and Research Facilities FY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
