1) The JOSE RIZAL MEMORIAL STATE UNIVERSITY - DIPOLOG CAMPUS, through the Special Trust Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Pesos (₱2, 000, 200.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Upgrading of Electrical System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The JOSE RIZAL MEMORIAL STATE UNIVERSITY DIPOLOG CAMPUS now invites bids for the Upgrading of Electrical System with scope of works inclusive of electrical works consisting of disconnection and reconnection; installation of wires, breakers, and other accessories such as conduits, boxes, fittings, and panel boards with main and branch breakers; balancing of electrical loads; and supply, delivery, and installation of transformers.4 Bidders should have completed, within THREE (3) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
