Description : Invitation to Bid for Upgrading of Electrical Facilities
1)The Municipality of Manapla, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php. 1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Upgrading of Electrical Facilities at RHU, Brgy. I-A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Municipality of Manapla now invites bids for Upgrading of Electrical Facilities at RHU, Brgy. I-A. Completion of the Works is required by contract. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3)Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
