1) The Local Government Unit of Paranas, through the Special Appropriation Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 10, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Upgrading/ Concreting of Ponferrado St. Including Covered Drainage Canal, Poblacion 5, Paranas, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Paranas now invites bids for Upgrading/ Concreting of Ponferrado St. Including Covered Drainage Canal, Poblacion 5, Paranas, Samar. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
