Upgrading of the canteen kitchen at Nordkjosbotn upper secondary school (new announcement)
The need includes both building-related works and technical installations. The purpose is to establish functional, hygienic and up-to-date premises adapted to the school's needs, with an emphasis on safe, efficient and operationally sound use. Arrangements must be made for re-use where this is technically, functionally and economically justifiable, without requirements for hygiene, safety, quality or service life is reduced. The procurement is carried out within a fixed financial framework. Description of the assignment The procurement concerns a turnkey contract for upgrading the canteen kitchen at Nordkjosbotn upper secondary school, including associated work in affected rooms and necessary technical subjects. The general contractor shall have overall responsibility for planning, coordination, execution, testing, commissioning and documentation. The contract is to be based on NS 8407. The work mainly includes upgrading the kitchen, cloakroom, dry food storage and break room, as well as necessary work in ventilation, electrical, automation and sanitary/drainage installations.
