1. The Local Government Unit of BUGUEY, through the BFAR- TRUST FUND, intends to apply the sum of TEN MILLION PESOS ONLY(P 10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for UPGRADING OF BUGUEY CRAB HATCHERY INTO MULTI-SPECIES HATCHERY (PHASE I) at CENTRO, BUGUEY, CAGAYAN (RE-BID). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU Buguey now invites bids for UPGRADING OF BUGUEY CRAB HATCHERY INTO MULTI-SPECIES HATCHERY (PHASE I) at CENTRO, BUGUEY, CAGAYAN (RE-BID). Completion of the Works is required 180 Calendar Days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.
