1. The Barangay Government of Simbaluca through BARANGAY FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P 150, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the UPGRADING OF BARANGAY ROADS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
