Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE UPGRADING AND RETROFITTING OF SEWERAGE TREATMENT PLANT
1) The Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center, through the 2026 General Appropriation Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Four Hundred Twenty and 48/100 Only (₱ 7, 998, 420.48) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Upgrading and Retrofitting of Sewerage Treatment Plant. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center now invites bids for the Upgrading and Retrofitting of Sewerage Treatment Plant. Completion of the Works is required in one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
