UPGRADING AND OPERATING THE FACILITIES OF THE FORMER VERMION HOTEL The Project includes the operation, maintenance and technical management of the facilities and equipment of the former Vermion Hotel, after previous renovation and their functional upgrade, so as to meet the requirements of their operation at a minimum four-star level in accordance with the E.O.T. specifications applicable at the start of the concession. as well as keeping the same minimum category throughout the duration of the contract. In the event that the classification in star categories regarding the infrastructure and operation of hotel units changes in the future, the concessionaire must maintain the operation of the unit in category that corresponds at least to that of the present four stars. In the event that the certification and licensing body of the hotel units changes in the future, the concessionaire must comply with the requirements of future certification/licensing body throughout the duration of the contract. In this context, A.E.E.S. will undertake: the preparation of all the necessary studies as well as the implementation of all the actions and actions required for the timely issuance of all the permits, approvals, certificates and authorizations provided by the written provisions for the construction, expansion, full completion, operation...
