"Upgrading and expanding the information technology environment of the Patent Office to improve the efficiency, accessibility and knowledge of the industrial property protection system.... “Upgrading and expanding the the information-technological environment of the Patent Office to improve the efficiency, accessibility and knowledge of the industrial property protection system and create modules for SMEs to apply for financial support under a procedure through direct provision of grant BG16RFPR001-1.007" The main purpose of the public procurement is to upgrade and expand the information technology environment of the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria in order to increase efficiency, the reliability and functionality of the information systems used, as well as providing a technological possibility for electronic administration of activities related to the provision of financial support to small and medium-sized enterprises under a project financed under Program "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" 2021-2027. The execution of the order should ensure sustainable development of the existing information infrastructure, improvement of integration between systems, optimization of work processes and expanding the electronic services provided by the Patent Office.
