Description : 1) The MUNICIPALITY OF ALIAGA, NUEVA ECIJA, through the MDRRM FUND FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION PESOS (Php 4, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for UPGRADING OF ACCESS ROAD TO BARANGAY SANTIAGO DIKE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF ALIAGA, NUEVA ECIJA now invites bids for UPGRADING OF ACCESS ROAD TO BARANGAY SANTIAGO DIKE located at Brgy. Santiago, Aliaga, Nueva Ecija. Completion of the Works is required 60 Calendar Days after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 10 Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
