Upgrade of Taric, TMS, Taric Input Bridge modules to ensure high availability The subject of the procurement is the complete technological transformation of the ITMS module (TARIC, QUOTA, EBTI, Surveillance, DMS, SMS, TNME) through the replacement of the outdated J2EE/JBoss infrastructure with modern technological stack: Java Spring Boot (backend) and Vue3 (frontend). The goal is to achieve high availability (HA), modularity, and high performance while maintaining the existing database and messaging infrastructure. Actual quantity procured at on the basis of the concluded contract on public procurement, it may be higher or lower than the tentative quantity, and it will depend on the actual need of the Client during the validity of the contract on public procurement of the service.
