Activity 4 of Project No. BG16FFPR002-1.001-0006 "Integrated Water Project for Burgas Region - Phase 2", financed by the "Environment 2021-2027" Program, co-financed by the European Union, includes the following: SCADA system upgrade and construction of a Geographical Information System (GIS) for the separate territory of "Water Supply and Sewerage" EAD, Burgas.
The upgrade of a system for complex monitoring and control of elements of the water supply and sewerage systems (SCADA) will include the following main activities:
Activity 1 Scope analysis including evaluation of all processes and parameters of the sites to be integrated into SCADA, evaluation of the existing system and upgrade possibilities;
Activity 2 Preparation of a detailed technical project of the hardware and communication modules, a project of the communication environment, a description of the logic in the management of the objects, description of monitoring parameters, description of executable functional commands and interfaces;
Activity 3 Supply of equipment for central dispatch center and local dispatch points;
Activity 4 Design, programming, implementation and configuration of the system;
Activity 5 - Data Integration from WWTP and WWTP;
Activity 6 Integration of existing telemetry devices at the entrance to the water metering area;
Activity 7 Supply, installation, integration and commissioning of automation, measurement and monitoring equipment;
Activity 8 - Instruction for use and training of personnel.
