Tender Details

As part of the performance of the contract, the Provider will: a) a detailed analysis and proposal of the entire Geoportal upgrade solution, including the graphic appearance, migration plan, revision of services and databases, on the basis of which, after discussion with the Customer's Representative and acceptance of the proposal own upgrade implemented, b) technological upgrade of the entire existing Geoportal to current versions of the Esri ArcGIS platform, c) with respect to the existing license used by the Customer, deployment of ArcGis Enterprise Server, Portal for ArcGIS products is required, ArcGIS Experience Builder in current versions, d) redesign and implementation of the Geoportal and all its components (Map services and applications, widgets, geoprocessing and integration services, scripts, etc.) over new versions of the platform, e) migration of all existing ones map applications, services and data, with the preservation of all functionalities (unless otherwise agreed with the Customer as part of the initial analysis), f) implementation of a new solution in a test environment, with the requirement for simultaneous full-scale maintenance of the existing operation Geoportal and all its services until the complete implementation of the migration, g) implementation of the new solution in the production environment, with the requirement for simultaneous full maintenance of the current operation of the Geoportal and all its services until the complete implementation of the migration, h) processing documentation of the entire solution (administrative and user), training of administrators of the Customer's Geoportal in the scope of 8 hours face-to-face, training of users in the scope of a maximum of 10 hours (two dates of five hours each...
