The DLA-Aviation is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the government-s required for an Autoclave upgrade and retrofit of an existing Thermal Equipment Corporation (TEC) composite autoclave system at Fleet Readiness Center East, Cherry Point, North Carolina. Upgrade and retrofit is a turnkey effort. In addition to the upgrade/retrofit, the government requires: training on the upgraded system, tech data (manuals/drawings), installation, rigging, removal of equipment, shipping, and IUID tag. The autoclave retrofit requires Allen-Bradley components for the control and human-machine interface (HMI) as documented in the purchase description attached to this posting. No substitutes are permitted on the Allen-Bradley components cited in the purchase description.
