1. The subject of the order is the upgrade of the EDUweb 360 portal system owned by the ordering party in the field of E-Messages and Conversation Bots modules: Virtual Recruitment Assistant (WAR), Virtual Assistant of Studies (WATS) and the implementation of the Virtual Assistant for People with Special Needs (WAOSP) and Virtual Assistant, along with post-implementation support services for a period of 24 months.
2. The effect of the project is to be the functioning of the Ordering Party:
a.E-bulletin system (e-messages)
b. A jointly managed system of virtual assistants with a speech recognition mechanism (hereinafter: System WA) consisting of:
i.Virtual Recruitment Assistant (WAR)
ii. Virtual Assistant of Studies (WATS) integrated with the USOS system
iii.Virtual Assistant for People with Special Needs (WAOSP)
iv. Virtual Employee Assistant (WAP) integrated with the TETA ME system
along with services post-implementation support within 24 months.
The Contractor will launch an e-message system and conversation bots, hereinafter referred to as virtual assistants, based on its portal system.
4. Moreover, the Contractor will be obliged down:
a. performing a pre-implementation analysis, including technical and substantive consultations, along with developing a detailed plan for the implementation of the subject of the order;
b. training of the Ordering Party's employees in the use of the provided licenses,
