The overall objective is to upgrade the e-health system, in particular: •To develop and implement solution for functional integration of the two E-Systems Moj Termin and Health Insurance Fund •To set standards for ERP (enterprise resource planning) and to propose software solution that should be developed and implemented by public health facilities •To define the project plan for implementation of the LOINC ( Logical Observation Identifiers Names and Codes) standard with cost estimation for implementation and post-implementation standard monitoring and maintenance of standard activities.
