Upgrade of a DUOGLIDE laser system with a scanner system for deep treatment of scars for the needs of UMBALSM "N. I. Pirogov" EAD The estimated value of the public procurement is 51, 078.06 (fifty-one thousand seventy-eight euros and six cents) euros without VAT. In the event that a participant bids a higher value than the estimate, the participant will be removed from participation in the procedure. Validity period of the offers: 6 (six) months, counted from the deadline for receiving the offers. Equity financing means. Payments of the amounts due will be made by bank transfer, in euros to a bank account specified by the Contractor, within 60 (sixty) calendar days, according to the draft contract. Award Criterion: The evaluation and ranking of the offers of participants will be based on the most economically advantageous offer. The most economically advantageous offer will be determined based on the award criterion: "lowest price", according to Art. 70, para. 2, item 1 ZOP. The proposed total value is subject to evaluation excluding VAT to the second decimal place. When considering the offers, the appointed committee will apply the so-called "reversed order", on the basis of Art. 104, para. 2 of the Civil Code, in connection with Art. 61 of PPZOP.
