Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business vendors. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. The West Virginia Air National Guard, Martinsburg, WV has been tasked to solicit for and award the following project:

Upgrade Direct Digital Control (DDC) System. Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation, temporary equipment, and structures to repair/service Direct Digital Control (DDC) Systems and Universal Network Controllers. The work includes, but is not limited to:

1. Updating the software as needed to insure all devices are communicating accurately with the DDC main server, laptops, Universal Network Controllers (UNC) and equipment/components.

2. Recalibrate equipment/components as needed to insure accurate information is communicating with the DDC main server, laptop, and UNCs.

3. Replace equipment/components as needed to insure accurate information is communicating with DDC main server, laptops, and UNCs.

Equipment list consists of:

1. One DDC main server desktop computer

2. Two DDC laptop computers

3. Approximately 21 Universal Network Controllers (UNC)

4. Various equipment/components such as but not limited to: thermostats, temperature probes, contactors, relays, flow switches, limit switches, CO2 sensors, pressure sensors, enthalpy sensors, control valves, actuators, dampers, controllers, and batteries.

The contractor must be thoroughly familiar with and comply with all Federal Regulations as well as state, county, and city regulations for all materials used and the application thereof.
