Upgrade of communication connection and synchronization network The purpose of the procurement is to solve the communication connection of secondary systems, by upgrading the access communication network at the remaining locations where FMX devices are located, taking into taking into account the existing and future requirements of network users as well as the existing and future configuration of the portable communication network used by HOPS. This also applies to communication for the need of relay protection devices by introducing the C37.94 interface and voice transmission communication, i.e. analog telephone subscribers, HOPS switching nodes. Portable telecommunication systems currently used by HOPS are based on PDH, SDH and DWDM transmission technologies. SDH and DWDM transmission systems have been implemented the main network of optical fiber cables, mostly optical fiber cables in transmission line protective ropes (OPGW) on overhead lines of voltage levels 110 kV, 220 kV and 400 kV. The network nodes of the HOPS access network are located in the power stations (EE) plants and are connected to each other via PDH, SDH and DWDM transmission telecommunication systems. The access telecommunications (TK) network means devices in EE facilities connected to the portable telecommunications network. Right now the solution is integrated almost entirely with DNWP Connection Master access devices.
