Updating the Titania shift planning software to the new Titania 2.0 version. NordLab uses the Titania system for shift planning and working time management. The object of the acquisition is the update of the Titania system so that the service will be produced in the future With a SaaS service model. NordLab has previously mapped the market and investigated the possibility of changing the entire working time management and shift planning system. Based on the market survey, it has been established that the direct and indirect costs such as implementation project, training, integrations, process changes and operational risks would be significant.
