Tender are invited for Repair of 5 guest legacy cabins #24, 25, 26, 27 and 29 for the modernization and installation, includes porcelain and ceramic floor/wall tile (to be installed in bathrooms), waterproof vinyl wood grain flooring (to be installed in kitchens), kitchen cabinets, backsplash, quartz or granite counter tops, kitchen and bathroom sinks, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, lighting, exhaust fans, floor joists, subfloor, underlayment, drywall walls/ceilings, and installation of tank-less water heaters.
