Tender Details

Tender are invited for Rehabilitation and renovation of five (5) cabins. The project generally consists of the repair of five(5) guest legacy cabins #10, 11, 12, 13 and 17 for the modernization and installation of the following : porcelain and ceramic floor/wall tile (to be installed in bathrooms), waterproof vinyl wood grain flooring (to be installed in kitchens), kitchen cabinets, backsplash, quartz or granite counter tops, kitchen and bathroom sinks, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, lighting, exhaust fans, floor joists, subfloor, underlayment, drywall walls/ceilings, and installation of tank-less water heaters.
