Construction of a new Wastewater Biosolids Facility to include a new building to house biosolids pumping and thickening equipment and a below-grade cast-in-place concrete biosolids storage tank. The project includes relocation of the existing dissolved air flotation thickener (DAFT) unit and appurtenances; biosolids aeration/mixing/pumping equipment; new return activated sludge (RAS) pipes and clarifier scum pipe, and other yard piping; installation of new RAS pumps; relocation of existing waste activated sludge (WAS) pumps and scum pump; and plumbing, HVAC, electrical and control systems.
