Tender are invited for Renovate the existing auditorium space into a conference center. Ceilings and finishes will be removed including the existing wood panels at the wall : the four (4) existing group toilet rooms at each floor and two executive restrooms will have all fixtures and finishes removed to include existing ceiling and floor tile : the existing perimeter heating and cooling system will be removed at levels one, two and three, in its entirety including all copper tubing and radiant metal panels.
