Tender Details

Tender are invited for To complete rehabilitation of sediment basins at the STWTP located in County. The Contractor shall install Chain and Scrapper flight Solids/sludge collection equipment system : including, FRP flights, 316 stainless hollow drive shafts, 316 stainless hollow idler shafts, idler sprockets, head shaft drive sprockets, driven bull sprockets, sleeve bearings, wall bearings, static wall bearings, floor wear strips, floor wear shoes, guide wear shoes, rail wear strips, chain attachments, pins,, static shaft wall bearing mounts, wall bearing mount hardware, flight filler blocks for chain attachments, motor and drive units including drive chains and all needed mounting hardware. All hardware shall be 316 Stainless steel. All installations will be performed in sedimentation basins; 1 West (1W) and 2 West (2W). There are a total of eight (8) drive trains. Four (4) trains in each basin. See attached file for more info.
