Tender Details

Tender are invited for Providers in the Contractor's Healthcare Network will bill Contractor directly for DHHS Regional Centers-patient healthcare provided outside of a DHHS facility. DHHS will notify provider if services are to be billed as an exception to the contract; e.g. Medicaid, Medicare, or DHHS direct billing. Contractor will pay provider claims in accordance with the Contractor's network provider agreement. Claims will be paid at the Contractor's network provider agreement rate and with all term and conditions of the network provider agreement. The Contractor will make available those terms and conditions upon request. Contractor must provide a response to inquiries within two (2) business days.




Notes : Written Questions regarding the project are due no later than June 8, 2018.This solicitation has some or all federal funding, additional requirements may apply.
