Tender are invited for Provide services related to Affordable Housing Sustainable Communities (AHSC) program, loan underwriting; land use; grant writing; development and operation of market rate housing, affordable housing and supportive housing for the homeless; and policies and procedures related to state and federally-funded programs. Work also include evaluate, prepare, and manage the process in preparation and submission of AHSC application including, but not limited to drafting, editing, providing tools and templates (e.g, maps, budgets), reviewing and collaborating on all aspects of narrative and budget preparation.
