Tender are invited for To provide comprehensive development services for the construction of a new justice center encompassing police headquarters, municipal court and municipal jail. Pre-Construction Services : The City desires to find a partner to assist at-risk with messaging to property owners to generate support for the CID/NID. Direct expenses may be negotiated following selection based on qualifications; Design/Construction Contract : The City will negotiate and execute a design and construction contract(s) with the most qualified team based on the preferred delivery method (construction manager at-risk or design-build); (Optional) Financing : The City will work with its financial advisor to determine the best debt financing strategy for the project, which may include a public-private financial partnership with the development team.
