Tender are invited for The objective of this study is to produce a demand forecasting tool, data and analysis that allows SCAG staff to better measure the performance of its plans and programs in meeting the mobility needs of vulnerable populations, including the elderly and disabled. The consultant shall develop a spreadsheet based forecasting tool capable of projecting ADA paratransit demand in medium and long range scenarios. The tool should allow for adjustment of variables that may differ from county to county based on local context within the SCAG region. This tool must be able to be employed by planning staff, and the inputs and assumptions used to develop projections should be manipulable by staff.
